The general terms of sale detailed below, govern the contractual relations between
any customer of the www.atlasethic.org site
- The present general terms of sale can be adapted or modified constantly by www.atlasethic.org
- In the event of modification, it will be applied to each order the general terms of sale in force at the day of the order.
To make a Purchase
- To place your order, you can pay your purchase with your bank card via paypal or directly with your Paypal account
- The expenses of delivery are indicated to the customer for each one of his products and are to him invoicees at the end of the order in supplement of the price of the selected products.
- The order is validly recorded with the cashing of the totality of the price.
Forwarding And Handling
- So at the time of the delivery, the packing of origin is damaged, torn, opened, you must then check the state of the articles. If they were damaged, you must imperatively refuse the parcel and note a reserve on the delivery form ( refused because opened or damaged parcel ).
Planning of the deliveries
- We deliver your order at once after having treated it; within 10 to 20 days.
- We could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery.
- In the event of nonreception of a parcel within the times indicated, a survey is carried out near the conveyer and can take several days. During this period, no refunding or reference could be carried out.
- Your E.mail will be used with the treatment of the problems as delivery.
Orders
- The majority of the articles published on our www.atlasethic.org site are sold on order.
- You will always receive E.mail indicating the evolution of the situation to you.
Guarantee
- We want to ensure your complete satisfaction, but it should be held account that all the articles on the Site are artisanal products made with the hand and can thus present defects.
- So however you were not satisfied with your purchase you can come into contact with us by e-mail to consider the conditions of an exchange.
